Safety scores for IT and sysadmin MCP servers

OpsMCP lists MCP servers for IT and sysadmin systems and scores each one on safety. The score looks at what its tools can change, what access it asks for, whether anyone maintains it, and who publishes it.

OpsMCP is an independent directory of MCP servers for IT and sysadmin systems, scored on safety. Each score shows which tools read, write, or delete, what access the server needs, and whether anyone still maintains it.

An MCP server lets an AI agent call tools on your systems. Some of those tools only read. Others create, update, delete, or run commands. Before you connect one to production, you should know which kind you are getting.

OpsMCP sorts every tool a server exposes into read, write, or destructive, then adds what the server needs from you: scope, where the process runs, and how it handles secrets. It also checks recent commits, releases, and issue handling, plus who owns the repository. Each server page shows the inputs, so you can check a number against the repository and the registry record it came from.

When a fact could not be measured, the site says unknown. A missing fact never raises a score.
